ArtBlock - Affordable Live/Work Lofts in Boston

Two beautiful new condominium buildings are currently under construction at 725 and 735 Harrison Avenue. Each building is five stories tall, with contemporary brick and metal facades and abundant windows. ArtBlock includes 26 affordable live/work lofts for sale, as well as market rate lofts and townhomes. Commanding the center of the site is the historic Joshua Bates Art Center, a permanent home for work-only artist studios. A cooperative art gallery in the East building rounds out this exciting new Community of the Arts. It has recently been refurbished with life safety and accessibility upgrades. The ArtBlock Housing Lottery was held on April 27th. Applicants will be contacted in order of rank number until all available lofts are sold.
